Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment can be made via Worldpay, using credit/debit card or you may pay by cheque. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Alternatively, you may pay cash/bankers draft on delivery ( a deposit will be required at the time of order), in these circumstances goods will not be offloaded until payment is received in full.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Customers are advised that from 1st April 2010, Crown ceased including handles with doors, and as a consequence, handles need to be specified, and paid for, at the time of order. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and accordingly you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days following receipt of the goods in which the goods may be returned for a full refund, assuming they remain unaltered in any way. If you have unwanted goods you must contact us within seven days of delivery date and arrange for the return of these goods.
