Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment can be made via Worldpay, using credit/debit card. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery charge within the UK is dependent on size of order, as follows:-

For Handles - £9.95.

For Kitchen Sinks/Taps - £15, regardless of number.

For Worktops/Upstands/Back Panels/Flooring Planks and Tiles - £42, regardless of number.

For large and bulky orders - £95.

For large and bulky orders - £95.

If the incorrect delivery charge is selected at checkout, we will contact the customer prior to shipment to ensure that the correct delivery charge is made.

Please note - we are unable to deliver to Scotland.
Delivery Schedule We will usually deliver your order within 7-14 business days. Any delays will be advised. Delivery dates are approximate and subject to our receipt of deliveries from suppliers/manufacturers. Customers should note that Homebase Maintenance are not liable in the event of delayed or missed deliveries and orders are placed subject to this condition. Should customers arrange installation or fitting by third parties prior to delivery, this is at their own risk. Homebase Maintenance cannot guarantee delivery dates and customers bear responsibility for meeting any additional third party costs incurred as a result of any delay.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
