Delivery & Returns
Delivery charge within the UK is dependent on size of order, as follows:-
For Handles - £9.95.
For Kitchen Sinks/Taps - £15, regardless of number.
For Worktops/Upstands/Back Panels/Flooring Planks and Tiles - £42, regardless of number.
For large and bulky orders - £95.
If the incorrect delivery charge is selected at checkout, we will contact the customer prior to shipment to ensure that the correct delivery charge is made.
Please note - we are unable to deliver to Scotland
We will usually deliver your order within 7-14 business days. Any delays will be advised. Delivery dates are approximate and subject to our receipt of deliveries from suppliers/manufacturers. Customers should note that Homebase Maintenance are not liable in the event of delayed or missed deliveries and orders are placed subject to this condition. Should customers arrange installation or fitting by third parties prior to delivery, this is at their own risk. Homebase Maintenance cannot guarantee delivery dates and customers bear responsibility for meeting any additional third party costs incurred as a result of any delay.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and accordingly you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days following receipt of the goods in which the goods may be returned for a full refund, assuming they remain unaltered in any way. If you have unwanted goods you must contact us within seven days of delivery date and arrange for the return of these goods. Items which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing and in a saleable condition. In these circumstances the following terms will apply:-
- You are responsible for arranging return and for the cost of return (postage and packing).
- Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
- Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking and no refund can be given. Goods will be checked on return prior to any refund being issued.
